A unique building. Very art-deco. Considered as one of the popular landmarks in the city. Not exactly the best place to buy things cos it has a reputation for overcharging. Nevertheless, we still did our part by browsing around especially at the fresh food section. Good for a photo opportunity. And ooohh, if you're really into travel guide books (like meself :-D ) this IS the place you wanna go. Bootlegged travel guidebooks galore!!! Lonely Planet, Rough Guide, etc. all in the latest edition. You'll be quite surprised with what they can offer...hehe. Quality-wise, of course lah not so good but as long as it does the work, ya know for something that cost like what, a fifth of the original price.
